Password Receipt Problem
You come to this page because you have not received your password after
signing up. Please do not use the password reset facility as it is meant

The most common reasons that you do not receive the password are:
Incorrect phone number was entered during registration
This is the most common reason. As a result, your password has been
sent to the wrong number or can't be sent at all. Please note that phone
number consists of country code followed by phone number only.
There is an SMS delay
Perhaps the SMS to you is still in the queue to be sent out due to
congestion. In this case, please wait for a little while and contact us
again if you still do not receive.
Your mobile operator is not supported
Perhaps the mobile network you are using is not supported by our SMS system.
In this case, sorry that we can't serve you. Please consider signing up
using another mobile operator if possible.
