Vision
Believers will serve God with Christlike character, sound knowledge of the Word, excellence of service, and ministry relevance to the times, be it in
full-time or lay ministries in the Church or the Marketplace.
Mission:
Royal Priesthood Bible College is a ministry of Full Gospel Assembly (FGA), Kuala Lumpur. The mission of RPBC is to prepare students who will glorify God in their Church or Marketplace ministries. We pursue this Mission through an education program that fosters Bible knowledge development, Character maturity and Ministry skills development. Trainings are imparted through formal classroom instruction,
modeling and mentoring within the local church community and practical ministry involvement in the local church.
To achieve our mission, all our Programs emphasize a holistic training made up of three important components:
1. Bible Knowledge
Christians must be thoroughly trained and equipped through God's Word to do every good work (II Tim
3:16-17). A good understanding of Scriptures allows the graduates to apply biblical principles, live consistent Kingdom lifestyle, test everything against God's Word and fulfill the Great Commission mandate,
uncompromised.
2. Christian Character
Christians must have above reproach character to effectively represent God in the world. This is even more necessary for those who aspire leadership in the Church (I Tim 3:7, 10). Graduates will demonstrate a personal life of submission to the Lordship of Christ, to the authority of God's Word in every area of their lives, private and public and be looked up to as spiritual models, if in leadership.
3. Ministry Skills
Every believer is to be equipped "for the work of service" (Eph 4:12) and each is given gift(s) to do that (I Cor 12:11). Developing these will help him to achieve excellence in service. Graduates will demonstrate ability and competence to use their gifting(s) in ministry.
Educational Goals:
- To give thorough and systematic instruction in God's Word, in order that each student will possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures.
- To nurture the spiritual life and character of each student through scriptural exposition, an integration of the student into the local church life and by providing a context of Christian discipline.
- To cultivate the talents and ministry potential of each student within the context of the local church in preparation for practical, effective ministry.
- To develop a Biblical worldview, Christian values and a sense of mission in each student to pursue their vocation and ministry.

ATA's Visiting Evaluation Team visited RPBC from 25 to 27 July, 2006 to assess the College to ensure we meet ATA's required standards for quality theological education for accreditation of our academic programs. We are grateful to the LORD for His faithfulness and grace that our programs are granted accreditation for the period 2006 to 2011 as follow:
- Certificate in Biblical Studies (32 Credit Hours) - Full accreditation

With these accreditations, students who have completed RPBC programs can pursue a Bachelor in Theology (BTh) degree in any of the 195 institutions under ATA by transferring their RPBC credits. They only need to take the balance of credits required for a BTh degree in their selected institution.

Brief History of the College
Royal Priesthood Bible College, a Ministry of Full Gospel Assembly, Kuala Lumpur, was set up in 1990 as a Day college to train and to thoroughly equip the saints. Classes
then began in June of the same year.
From the mid-nineties, the trend in the churches has been laity involvement. Very few Christians are willing to go into
full-time Christian service. Working full-time in their marketplace vocation, Christians find it difficult to attend theological studies in the day school. Seeing this need for laity training, the College decided to move all our classes to a Night School model in 2000. This move has allowed many Christians to receive some training for lay ministries.
To make theological education accessible to even more Christians, the College had opened a campus in USJ in 2004 and another one in Selayang, in 2005.
