An expository study of the two Pauline epistles that addresses various issues plaguing the Corinthian church. Paul confronts and addresses a wide variety of problems ranging from sexual sins to marriage to moral obligations in the face of widespread immorality, divisions and disorders. This course also deals with dilemmas such as meat offered to idols, head covering for women, public worship involving the Lord’s Supper and the sensitive issue of giving and the collection of church funds. It also touches on the role and the gifts of the Holy Spirit as well as Paul’s defense of his apostolic ministry.
