FGA Sports Fellowship

1.    Do we have to set up the stalls ourselves?

Answer: A table and 2 chairs will be provided. The rest is up to individual HF/LM creativity

2.    What can we sell?

Answer: Both food (except those sold by food operators) and none food items

3.    What is the mode of payment?

Answer: By coupons sold by the Church. No cash transaction is allowed.

4.    Who pays for the cost of items or food sold by HF/LM?

Answer: Individual HF/LM

5.    What do I do with coupons collected from sales?

Answer: Tally up the total coupons collected and fill up the summary form provided stating the total amount of sales achieved.

6.    Will I be reimbursed for the proceeds of sales / coupons collected?

Answer: No. All proceeds will be channeled to the Sri Sempurna Project Funds.

7.    Will there be electrical points provided?

Answer: No. Unless absolutely required, arrangement will be made separately.

8.    Will there be washing facilities and supply of water?

Answer: No. Washing facilities will be available except in the designated washroom/toilet. However, no excessive washing will be allowed. All servings should be done on disposable plate/bowl/fork/spoon/chop stick.

9.    What pricing policy should be used?

Answer: All items should be priced to the nearest dollar, ie. No cents as the coupon are denominated in RM1, RM2 & RM5. Pricing should be reasonable.

几点举行？

整个嘉年华会从早上八点到下午四点举行。如果您有参赛，请在比赛开始以前三十分钟报到（比赛时间地点请查询网站）。如果您没有参赛，可以参与从早上九点到下午三点的嘉年华会游戏和食物摊位。记得早点到，不然食物售完！

有什么好玩的吗？

除了观赛打气之外，您还可以参与各种活动：
•    各种嘉年华会游戏，尽兴而归！
•    享尽嘉年华会食物摊位各种美食！
•    在Kids rooms，Sekolah Sri Sempurna的老师们为儿童准备了游戏！
•    代表中文堂参加Telematches游戏，公开给所有会友！
•    十点到两点的音乐会和舞蹈！

怎样买食物，参与游戏？

您可以使用固本参与。可以在敬拜会后到嘉年华会柜台或在当天购买，固本一本售价十元。

要穿什么服装？

参赛者穿运动装，非参赛者穿便装。

可以带外教会的朋友和非基督徒吗？

无任欢迎！希望可以通过运动会让他们也来参与教会的活动。

What time should I arrive?

If you are not participating in any sports, come for the Carnival – food & games stalls. Stalls open at 9.00am until 3.00pm or when the food is all sold out!

For all Sports participants, please arrive at least 30 mins before your scheduled Game. Check with your HF/LM Team Representative for details.

What are the fun things for my family?

Carnival games stalls - Tornado! Hole in One, Touch Me Not, Pick Me If You Can, Fix My Tail, Sticky Ball, Kids Bowling, Kids Basketball, Ring the Bottle and many more!

25+ Food & Drinks stalls - 2 main caterers serving more than 3,000 pax local food, African Flavours, Authentic Indon dishes, Sushi, Jelly cakes, fruits, Spaghetti, Chinese cuisine, Pizza, muffins, fruits, Kopitiam style savoury & homemade food !

Non-Food stalls - Sand Art, Face Painting, 3D Art & Craft, Kids Tatoo, Handicraft, Costume Jewelry, Painted Stones.

Kids rooms (1st Floor) – children’s activities by Sekolah Sri Sempurna!

Telematch for everyone – by Region (for HF)/LM groups. Please see groupings in the booklet. Register yourself if you do not belong to any group at sportsfellowship@fga.com.my or drop us a note after the English service!

Music bands and dance - catch the waves of music from 10am to 2pm and dance along!

How do you buy/sell food, drinks and games?

All transactions are done in FSC coupons only! Available for sale after the English services at the foyer and on 1st May at Coupons Counter, Matsushita Sports Complex.

What is the dress code?

Sports wear for sports participants and casual wear for others.

What if I am not a member of any HF or Life Ministry?

You are part of the FGA family; you are most welcome to join all the activities except sports. However, it is never too late to join a HF! Let us know at sportsfellowship@fga.com.my

Can I bring my Non-Christian friends & families for non-sports activities?

Yes, you can invite them. So let us race our heart out to touch one!

What difference does it make if I come?

We believe that this event would be an ideal opportunity for our non-Christian friends to see and observe the unity and the love for each other whereby as Jesus said ‘ by this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another’ which sets Christians apart from the world. Your presence makes a difference!
