Facts Sheet for Stalls

22 04 2008

1.    Do we have to set up the stalls ourselves?

Answer: A table and 2 chairs will be provided. The rest is up to individual HF/LM creativity

2.    What can we sell?

Answer: Both food (except those sold by food operators) and none food items

3.    What is the mode of payment?

Answer: By coupons sold by the Church. No cash transaction is allowed.

4.    Who pays for the cost of items or food sold by HF/LM?

Answer: Individual HF/LM

5.    What do I do with coupons collected from sales?

Answer: Tally up the total coupons collected and fill up the summary form provided stating the total amount of sales achieved.

6.    Will I be reimbursed for the proceeds of sales / coupons collected?

Answer: No. All proceeds will be channeled to the Sri Sempurna Project Funds.

7.    Will there be electrical points provided?

Answer: No. Unless absolutely required, arrangement will be made separately.

8.    Will there be washing facilities and supply of water?

Answer: No. Washing facilities will be available except in the designated washroom/toilet. However, no excessive washing will be allowed. All servings should be done on disposable plate/bowl/fork/spoon/chop stick.

9.    What pricing policy should be used?

Answer: All items should be priced to the nearest dollar, ie. No cents as the coupon are denominated in RM1, RM2 & RM5. Pricing should be reasonable.

Notice To Stall Operators

22 04 2008

1. Stalls Set Up

  • Set Up time 6.00am – 7.30am. As you have to carry all the food items/stuff to the respective stalls, please be early to avoid congestion. Use trolley if you need to.
  • Decorate your stalls. All stall operators are encouraged to be creative in decorating their stalls.
  • 2 tables (3’x 3’ each) and 2 chairs will be provided per stall. Please bring along table cloth/sheets.

2. Stall Operating Hours

  • 9am to 3pm. Please ensure that your stalls are open at all times. You may close your stall only if you have sold off all your food/items. For food operators, you need to provide food for at least 300 – 500 people.

3. Mode of payment

  • Only coupons issued by FGA Family Sports Carnival will be accepted as mode of payment. STRICLY NO CASH CAN BE ACCEPTED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE CARNIVAL.

4. Submission of Coupons from Sales

  • You are require to fill in a Coupon Submission Form upon closure of your stall. This form together with all coupons collected has to be submitted to the Carnival Committee at the Operations Room located on 1st Floor balcony in the Complex.

5. Pricing of Food / Non-Food Items

  • All the items should be reasonably priced. While we want to raise funds for the Sri Sempurna Project Funds.

6. Cleaning and Pack Up

  • All stall operators are required to clean up their own stalls and pack all rubbish in bags to be disposed off at the designated rubbish disposal area. All decorations must be removed from your stalls leaving only the tables and chairs behind.

We wish that all church members and friends alike to enjoy themselves and have a good time of fellowship in strengthening the Body of Christ.
