All participating teams are required to register (at the respective games venue) at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game.

Teams for each of the respective games are required to bring along the “Proof of Entry” for the registration. The “Proof of Entry” will have names of the registered players and only those registered players will be allowed to play on May 1st.

Please ask your Team Representatives for a copy of the “Proof of Entry”.  For team representatives, login here and click “Print” page to print your proof of entry.
